Just a quick note about Henrique Gouveia e Melo. He was born in Mozambique in 1960, joined the Escola Naval in September 1979 and sailed on the Albacora, Barracuda, and Delfim submarines, performing various operational functions as a garrison and command officer.
What is the Task Force
The task force for elaborating the «Vaccination Plan against COVID-19 in Portugal», created by order no. 11737/2020, of November 26, from the governing areas of National Defense, Internal Administration, and Health, aims to ensure the coherence and execution of the Plan and coordinate the work already carried out among all entities involved in the success of this operation, as well as articulation with the Autonomous Regions and consultation with relevant bodies.
